The video portrays a bunch a teenagers in a car driving and having fun with no one having their eyes on the road . This is one of the main reasons why millions of accidents happen annually . The voice is an English lady, a very sweet voice . the effects aren't as scary if it were a much deeper voice. Towards the end , it shows the unfortunate results which makes you want to think twice before getting on the road.
